All things by design

I had the amazing chance to have my first haul from Sephora!!!! I happened to stop by when I got off work one day to go drool over their Hello Kitty display. Only to find out that they were marking it down to make room for their Marc Jacob line. I was blow away and I had to have it. So I waited patiently checking out the parts of the collection I wanted and kept track of them. Then it happen chance came and I could not be more happy. I started out just buying on pallet which was the Parisienne eyeshadow pallete  thinking I would be happy with the fact I was able to own part of the limited edition collection. That lasted for about three weeks then I deiced I had to have more. I went home and started to look online to see if I could find parts of the collection on Amazon just in case I ended up missing the cut off date. Then I sat down and picked out what ones did I really want because there was not a way for me to get everything. The next one I bought was Tokyo Pop eyeshadow pallete...

Thinking about fashion and different styles. I am left wondering what is style and what is a trend. A style is not necessary a trend because just because one person likes a style dose not mean it will be come a trend. It leads me to think about what is my style and I don`t have a clue. I like many different  fashion trends throughout time. I am a costumer and a girl who loves history so there are so many fashion trends that I am madly in love with. While I would never want to go back in time I would love to own some of the fashions of the times.  I like to mix and match then also match things together. My mother would say I am just like punky Brewster in the way I like to mix and match. Also I like to place things together that some people say would never go together. There are many trends you could say that I love. I enjoy the fact that many of the fashion trends I love come back in different shapes and forms. Time for the introduction!!!! Sooo here I go. As I have said before welcome to my blog "All things by design" by momobydesign. I talked a little bit about how my blog came to be in my post about what all things by design is about. I wanted to tell you all a little bit about me. I know on the sidebar it has a little bit of my profile on there. So pretty much I am Momo and I love pretty much everything thing about fashion,makeup,diy,cooking and anything else I could think about. I have been into makeup, fashion and designing things for a long time. I am a cosplayer and am mid-evil ,renaissance fair worker and patron.
