Fit Time
For many of us struggle with finding a good weight balance. Many people come January 1st start a fitness routine and some make it work while others do not. It is hard. I myself have not tried to do the whole January 1st thing. I have recently made the choice that I need to be taking better care of my body. I am nearing Thirty years old and as they say it starts going down hill from there ! So, I have heard. While most people are going to the gym. I am doing something different. I am working out at home. Using YouTube is a big help for there is many channels that are full of different exercises that you can do at home. Most importantly you need to talk to your doctor before trying any kind of major diet depending on your health concerns. The first thing you need to do is to find a good starting place. Also have a end goal. I feel like having not only a end goal as well as having some shorter quicker goals.That way you are giving yourself some short term goals as a way to show yourself that you are making improvements.
For me, my end goal weight is to weight 190. I was this weight years ago and I feel that that would be a good weight for me to be especially for my height as I am only 5 feet 2 inches tall. I am not saying where I am weight at this moment but I have a lot to go. I am keeping in mind what my end goal is and have planned out the road I need to take in order to reach my goal.
Ways you can reach your goal is setting boundary on what you are eating. By no means starve your self but try taking your lunch instead of buying it everyday at work. Go for a walk during your break time at work. Drink more water and less soda. Find a short work out video online and do it when you wake up or before bed. Cut out as much fried and junk food as you can. Still allowing yourself a cheat day here and there. Know its ok if you mess up because we all have our bad days. Just pick yourself up and keep going. Ask friends and family if they would like to join you and make it a group challenge. Getting fit can be as fun or as hard as you make it. Do what works best for you!
