 Just a quick post to talk about a few things. As you can see I have made some changes so far to my blog. I am working on getting just the way I like it. The headline has been changed. I think I have found the one that should describe what I really want to achieve with this blog. I am working on finding  a background and other things like that I really like.

Being yourself is hard sometimes! You are the only you there is! I know we have our ups and downs trying to figure out who you are. Everyday I'm finding new things to love about my self in the way it makes me unique! I am loving this moment of teaching everyone to love themselves! It's wonderful and encouraging !! We are individual and we should respect that about each other! I'm not saying you have to like or agree with the other person. Just respect them for being them! We are all fighting to find our place in the world.Yes,I know we will find things in others that don't match up with our veiws.we are only human. Try something new today .try to se the world even for a bit the way someone else would! Fit Time

For many of us struggle with finding a good weight balance. Many people come January 1st start a fitness routine and some make it work while others do not. It is hard. I myself have not tried to do the whole January 1st thing. I have recently made the choice that I need to be taking better care of my body. I am nearing Thirty years old and as they say it starts going down hill from there ! So, I have heard. While most people are going to the gym. I am doing something different. I am working  out at home. Using YouTube is a big help for there is many channels that are full of different exercises that you can do at home. Most importantly you need to talk to your doctor before trying any kind of major diet depending on your health concerns. The first thing you need to do is to find a good starting place.  Also have a end goal. Things I have learned when I after I turned 30

Hello dear readers, I have not been very active on here. I have been doing most of my blogging on instagram. This year I have reached a turning point in my life. I turned 30. It is a big thing as most would say. I have been on a road of self discovery for the past couple of years. Turning 30 have been the fulfillment of the past couple of years.  I have come to the conclusion I can no longer say until next time. It has been a long time coming to accept all aspects of myself. I decided to be completely true to me and  take it a step at a time. Learning to accept that you don’t have to have everything together the day you turn 30. It’s ok to not be ok. You will at times need to ask for help and its ok. Do things for you and not for others. Well of course and not saying you shouldn’t do things for others but do them with in reason.
