Cosplay wise what is next

Another cosplay post! I am working on a special costume for a event I was asked to be a part of. I am making Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog. I have wanted to make her lily pad dress since I first saw the movie. I wanted to make it from scratch but due to the nearness of the event  I am taking a chance by making it from formal dresses. I ordered them off of amazon. I am not doing much to the formal dress in ivory. I plan to hand stitch on beads to take make the shape of the petals of the under dress. To the slip of the ivory dress I attached a yellow skirt to it. When I started  I cut out the out crinoline that came with the dress off because I am using a wedding dress petticoat. Now as I am working on it I am going to glue it back to the slip. So that I have more fluff to the skirt. While I am working on the petals on the green dress. I have cut it and my petals did not turn out the way I wanted but I hope it will look good in the end. I am very exited how it will turn out in the end. I will hopefully be posting photos to this post later. So I will be editing this post and posting pictures or I will be making more post to update on this cosplay that is coming along! I have a good hunk of other cosplays that I have not started for this year. I think I will be making post that will pertain to one costume at a time. I will try not to make post of different costumes at the same time. I am very excited to see how this will turn out in the end as I have said before. thanks for reading my cosplay progress!
