The right fabric vs. the cost!

How many of you are as guilty as I am of not always buying the fabric that is recommended on the pattern?? I'm so bad at it due to the price or just trying to find the fabric. Or even just the way the fabric would fall as it drapes over my body! I have been trying really hard to be better at this! I'm starting to do more research on the fabric and cost to see what is the difference between what is recommended and what I plan on buying!! This is so true for my galadriel cosplay that I have no idea now when is going to happen!! But the pattern called for crepe and a few other types of fabric!! Well the cost of the fabric is way over the max I can spend each yard. To which the going rate for me is 5 dollars a yard or less! Some would say that is very cheap and I should use better fabric but girl's got to set a budget and stick to it!! In the end the moral of this post is do your research cause sometimes your project will come out just as you wanted to or you may end up re making it in the correct fabric!! I always try to do it right the first no matter what fabric I pick! That reminds me I do need to take. Trip to the fabric store for belting or ribbon have not decided what I'm using yet!!

<p dir=ltr>This is the first time I have order from them online. I usually just go to the mall were its located in the mall. We don't have a MAC store in Oklahoma! I placed my order Friday and it arrived yesterday. It came in a plain black box. The lipsticks I ordered came in their boxes and wrapped in black tissue paper. I thought the box was pretty big for just two lipsticks but it's all good. My order consisted of via glam Nikki and Arichie's girls betty's  oh oh oh! I was suprised to see how sheer the betty lipstick but I still like the look it has. It sheer but has lots of sparkles give a subtle color to the lips.I have not worn the Viva Glam yet but you can see on the swatch on my hand it will be nice bright pink. Overall I am very pleased with my order. I have purchased from MAC before and will continue to do so.

 Dear Readers, In light of the Presidential election that has currently taken place, I have deiced to go out way out of my comfort zone and write this post. This election has been one to remember. I am not here to talk about who you voted for or why you chose not to vote but my story in a way. We have this crazy notion that our vote doesn't count. Yes, in the grand overview of things it may not count for much but it still counts for something. I am not pointing fingers for those who didn`t vote or who you voted for . Wardrobe and more

Ok ,I set up this prompt to write a whole post about my wardrobe but I got nothing lol! My wardrobe is filled with all kinds of things! It really is. I will just tell it to you straight I go through fazes of buying things just as many people do! There are so many parts to my wardrobe! I have a mix of everything! At the moment      Wardrobe  buying that has picked up is hats!! I love then but only buy them sparingly ! I have started really shopping at Forever21 due to the fact they now have a plus size section! I will do a review on the later I think! Now that I am shopping there I think I will get a few more hats!!  Another thing that is finding it's way back into my wardrobe is Oxford shoes aka saddle shose!!
