All about liquid lipsticks
Hello all,
Time for a new post about one of this biggest things in the make up world right now liquid lipsticks. There are so many to choose from. From high end to low end. I myself am a big fan of them. I am always trying to find new products that don't break the bank. The prices I have seen range from six dollars US upwards to twenty-two dollars US. I have only tried a few brands so far. Here is a review of what I have found so far. The brands that I own are from Wet N Wild, Colour Pop, L.A. Splash and Limecrime. (Disclaimer I have heard about the issues with the brand Limecrime and it is unfortunate that those things happened. I had bought the product way before it happened and if you choose not to support them that is cool. We are all are able to have our own thoughts but I ask you not to attack me or others for theirs) Now that I have that put out there lets get on with the reviews!!!! So I am not doing any lip swathes cause after like three of them your lips get a bit dry and it is hard to get these lipsticks off!! First I will start with my newest find and it is from the drugstore!!!!
- I got them of them from Wet N Wild, the cost was under two dollars US. I purchased three colors when I was out of town for an event and realized I left my lipstick at home.( way to go me) Anyways back to the colors I bought. Colors under pictures in captions!!! The color is very nice. They wear pretty well. It dose settle in every line and crack so make sure to have lip balm or something to have smoother lips. I think it is pretty nice for a drug store brand. I will probably not buy anymore from them just due to the fact I have so many already but it was a very good buy. I am planing to put them in the kit I am making.

- One of the newest company that is taking the internet by storm. Colour Pop is not only a nice brand but it is also very cost effective. There liquid lipsticks are on Eight US dollars. These last all day long. I would say they are in the middle drying wise. They also wear away very nice. They don`t crumble off unless you have layered to many colors after they have dried but I have notice most of the liquid lipstick do the same. One cool thing about Colour Pop is that they are always coming out with new colors. well, its good and bad because you could fall in love with a color that they no longer carry. I highly recommend this company.

- LA Splash is a brand I found out about from YouTube. The only reason I deiced to buy any thing from this brand is that they were doing a special edition for Harry Potter. To which I am a fan of so make up and one of my favorite fandom I could not resit. The cost for each is fourteen US Dollars. It is pretty steep when you buy more than one at a time. I`m glad I did because shortly after I ordered mine they were gone. I`m still trying to figure out if they have just renamed them so I can later get the colors I wanted but didn`t get a chance to buy. These are pretty dry and they do start to crumble after about eight hours. The color pay off is amazing tho. You can mix them together to get some pretty amazing combos. I am on the fence if I will buy any more from them or no. I am glad I bought them that is for sure.

Lastly I have my only Velevitne from LimeCrime. There has been crazy amount of issues surrounding this company. I bought this way before any of these issues came about. I do not really wear this color because it is too bright for me. If I pair with with a lip liner or lipstick and use it as the pop of color that is not a problem for me. As I hardly wear it I can not tell you much about the staying power. Alot of things have changed from when I bought mine in the color Suedeberry. The cost is now twenty-two US Dollars. With all things that are sounding this company I am not sure if I will be buying any other products form them. I like the ones that I do have other than this one due to its brightness.
- By time I finally get this post up I will have probably acquired more liquid lipstick to my collection. I am pretty sure they will be different brands for I want to try them all. In closing statements I am fully on board with the Liquid Lipstick revolution that is happening!!! They are wonderful products. They are a long wearing product that you can throw on and they stay there. Don`t get me wrong I love my lipstick but as I work on average eight hours a day wearing lipstick does not cut it on most days. Some of these products wear better than other. Oh, I didn`t mention any thing about taking these off. I have found that if you used oil of some kind it will take it off really easy. Or else it would be hard to scrub it off.
- I hope this has been helpful some what you guys!
