new goals
Every new year we all try to set new goals. Yet then we let them slide. Then there comes a moment when we decide we want to set new goals for ourselves. Case in point, I have been feeling in a rut lately. One that I thought I had been able to shake off. I felt I need to do some kind of restart. I decided I needed to set some new goals for myself. But, what new goals do I set? I have been working on my weight off and on. Its time to make this a new goal and stick to it. Posting to this blog can be a new goal! Setting up a posting schedule and sticking to it. Sometimes it so hard to make new goals and it is even harder to stick with them. New year, new me as they say. Small goals are a good way to start. I have been busy with school and work. Trying to find a balance is always hard. So a small goal is to start one thing at a time. I have even thought about stop using the word goals. I am going to try something new. I will start writing my goals but in a bucket list format. Just to see if it would work better for me.
