Well shit ...

It seems like years but it has only been a few months. We all stood with high hopes for the year of 2020 now we are all ready for it to be over. Covid-19 is still running around like a mad man in the United States. My state’s cases are rising . I’m back at work but I’m still on edge. I heard a mask mandate was coming down the pipeline. To which I have no problems with! It has taken some getting used to but I’m used to wearing my mask when I leave. I tell myself when I want to complain if nurses can wear them for hours so can I. It takes a bit of time to retrain your breathing. Some days I’m good at it and others not so much. I have bought many fabric masks to wear so I can have a bit of fun. At work I don’t get to wear them which is fine. My job provides mask to wear so I’m grateful I do not have to supply my own. I’m amazed how many people don’t want to wear them. I get it but this is a global pandemic. You or I may be able to kick it and make it through but there are many who are living in fear due to health reasons. I can’t make you do something as you are your own person but wear a mask! Also I’m the middle of this we have an explosion of racial tension! I will not even go into it here. I will make post for it. I can tell you I have lost trust in people and came to the realization of things I knew where there but tried to turn the other cheek. All because I enjoyed hanging out with that person and have known them for a long time. In that moment I knew I could no longer let it go. Alas I am going to stop here . Many things are happening in our world. There are talks of opening schools back to which I’m quite positive is not a good idea. Many of the schools and classrooms are overfilled with students. It would make it very hard for six feet apart to be done. Yes mask are to be a requirement but there will be many student who will not wear them for many reasons. It doesn’t look like there is a clear and cut solution to this issue. At this point make plans but be flexible as this seems to be the name if the game.
